By Clicking Submit. you agree to the following terms and meet the following criteria:
Are either a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
Possess a valid photo ID.
Possess a valid phone number and valid email address.
Are a minimum of 18 years old.
You are giving a security interest in the personal property submitted in the form.
You the Pledgor represent and warrant that the pledged property is not stolen, rented or leased and that they have no liens or encumbrances against them. You attest to be the rightful owner of the pledged property and that You have the right to pledge the property. You agree to all terms and conditions and acknowledge receipt of a copy of this contract. You state, Under penalty of perjury, You have read the foregoing document, and the facts stated in it are true.
Prepayment: If you pay off early (1) you will not pay penalty: and (2) you will not be entitled to a refund of part of the finance charges.
Item(s) that are misrepresented and cannot be taken or amount for loan cannot be agreed upon must be picked up by the customer or customer can pay the delivery driver the delivery fee, $5 within 5 miles or $8 within 10 miles. If item(s) are not accepted and customer does not want to pay the delivery fee, we will store them in our warehouse for return. Item(s) will be stored in our warehouse for a period of 30 days in which the customer will have to pick up item(s). If 30 days passes and the customer does not pick up their item(s), item(s) will be disposed of.
Before items are picked up:
Sign out of all accounts on electronics. Failure to do so will delay or void any transactions. Sign out of any apple, icloud, find my phone, find my device, google, android accounts. Remove any lock screens or code from device before pickup. If there are any passwords, they must be provided in the online request form.
Make sure all cords and accessories are included with item(s) when you send them with the driver. Failure to do so will result in lower pawn value or inability to take your item(s).
Restrictions on what we take/pickup
Over sized items that do not fit in vehicles cannot be picked up
Guns cannot be picked up
Bug infested items will not be picked up. If bugs are found in or on items when they arrive to our facility they will be refused and placed outside of our facility for customer pickup. We will not store any infested items inside of our facility and the delivery company will not return the item.
Overly dirty, wet, rusty, or in poor condition items will not be picked up.
Driver has the right to refuse items.
The Drivers or the store are not responsible for any damage to items that are sent. If items come into our store damaged or not functioning property, they are assumed to be received in that condition. The delivery company nor the store takes any responsibility for damaged or non functioning items. Make sure you items are fully tested and functioning before pickup is scheduled. If we are unable to test and verify full function of your items, we will not accept them. All items that are not accepted, must be picked up by customer at our store within 30 days. Or you may pay the delivery company to return your items.
